Lennox Head Yoga classes with Annushka (also known as Australian artist Anna Heggie) provide a synthesis that allow you to experience yoga with an artist's touch.
The Lennox Head Yoga studio is bright and airy with a view of the ocean and surrounded by sub-tropical greenery, situated only about 15 minutes from Byron Bay and 10 mins from Ballina.
The Mindful style of Hatha yoga helps bring the physical, mental and spiritual being into a more centred sense of oneness. Pertaining to the Yoga Sutras, yoga philosophy and way of life.
The emphasis is on a safe and slow stretching session with breath awareness and periodic stillness.
Correcting body alignment and giving more personalised attention within smaller class sizes, makes coming to this studio very worthwhile. As you stretch and breathe you release tension from the mind and body, feel more centred and more at peace.
Experience a guided Savasana for a deeply soothing relaxation at the conclusion of each class.

Lennox Head Yoga contains asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Pratyahara (turning the senses inwards) Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) are encompassed along with other energetic techniques aimed at improving health and wellbeing.
Mats and yoga props are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own. Allow at least one hour, preferably two between eating and doing a yoga class. Try to arrive on time and make sure mobile phones are off.
