Yoga Mid-Morning Monday Uplift 9:30 to 11:00 $15
A beautiful way to make you feel a sense of joy! A great release with many health benefits including increased flexibility, strengthening and toning. This class includes some Laughter Yoga as well as Mindful Yoga. Stretching, Pranayama (breathing techniques), short meditation segment and relaxing Savasana. Leave feeling refreshed and calm.

Yoga Monday Evening Class 6:00 to 7:30 pm $15
A General Mindful Yoga Class in which we work slowly and include an emphasis on breathing with the stretching. Usually included in this class is a short meditation and deep relaxation Savasana at the end. Brings a sense of released tension to the body, helps sleep patterns and is calming to the nervous system.

Yoga Early Thursday Morning Class 6:30 to 7:45 am $15
This is a great class for starting the day. Mindful and steady we work through an energizing yet slow moving class. No jumping. Builds flexibility and strength and improves ability to focus. Will get you through the remainder of the week.

Important Message for all yoga classes: A disclaimer must be signed before attending yoga classes. Wear loose or stretchy comfortable clothing without jewellery. Do not eat a large meal within at least one hour of doing a yoga class. Honour your body. No straining or pain.
